Has my order been shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order status can also be checked in your account.
Can I make changes to my order?
We cannot accept any changes to your purchase once it is in the "shipping," or "delivered" status. We can only make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Please contact us if you need to make adjustments to your order.
My product has been returned to the sender. What can I do?
Please contact our Customer Service if you have received a notice from a shipping agent stating that your parcel is being returned to sender or if you see this in your tracking link so that we may assist you in receiving your order ASAP.
My product has arrived damaged, what can I do?
