Forgot your password? Don't worry. It happens to everyone! To reset your password, go through the following steps:

(1). Make sure you're on the mydesignlist.com sign-in page by clicking 'My Account' next to the shopping cart image at the top right of the mydesignlist.com home page.

(2). On the right, you'll see fields to enter your email address and password along with a captcha. Underneath the 'Sign in' button, click the 'Forgot your password.'

(3). This will take you to a new page where you will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. Then, before clicking 'Reset My Password,' enter the captcha.

(4). Now, you'll need to log into that same account, where you should receive an email from us within a few minutes. Remember to check your junk and spam folders if you can't find them, as these messages can sometimes end up there.

(5). There will be a link to reset your password in the Email. This is only valid for 24 hours. If you don't get a chance to reset it before then, you should follow the steps above to receive a new link via email.

(6). It's time to choose a new password! Keep in mind that the password's minimum length must be equal to or greater than eight symbols. Once you've decided on a new password, click 'Continue.' Congrats! You can now access your account.
